Versatile portable traffic control systems
The Berghaus partner, service provider AVS Traffic Safety Group, will also be in Amsterdam to show the full range of services available for professional traffic safety with the latest addition to the ProTec roadworks safety family: the portable ProTec 100 crash barrier, together with the proven ProTec 120 and ProTec 160 (pictured) crash barrier systems.
German company Peter Berghaus will use Intertraffic to unveil its latest portable traffic engineering products. These include the MPB 3400 construction site traffic light with quartz, cable or radio control for simultaneous use of various modes such as request, fixed phase and green on request. Further signal heads can be simply added for controlling alternating one-way traffic or crossroads traffic.
Berghaus will also be highlighting its export hit – the MPB 1400 portable traffic light in new, ultra-flat design with standard LED technology, with quartz control for alternating one-way traffic and crossroads traffic. Users of this multilingual portable traffic light are guided through the menu as easily as using a TV remote control.
The company’s new FG 2 portable traffic light controller for controlling passenger and alternating one-way traffic will also be featured. It is cable controlled for 12V battery or 230V mains operation, with the option of 12V halogen lamps or LED technology for every signal group.
