Tiny Tag for AVI
1987 Ascendent ID has released what it claims is the smallest long-range RFID tag available for vehicle access control at parking facilities, college campuses and gated communities. Measuring only about 50x25mm, the CompacTag 2032s is compatible with every model of the company's IDs readers; which have an adjustable read-range to enable the device to be read up to 10m.

Ascendent says its long-range AVI systems are compatible with virtually every manufacturer of vehicle access control systems and can be used as a long-range drop-in upgrade for proximity readers and tags. Every reader ships with both RS-232 and Wiegand interfaces standard.
