Parsons teams up with Microsoft

Advanced traffic management will be among areas covered by new partnership

Parsons Corporation has announced a global strategic partnership with Microsoft, combining the tech giant's Azure cloud and AI technologies with Parsons’ security and infrastructure expertise.
 
Peter Torrellas, president, Connected Communities business unit for Parsons, says: “We will work with Microsoft to optimise our technology solutions like artificial intelligence, digital twins, X as a service, threat detection and response, and smart infrastructure.”
 
Advanced traffic management solutions will be among the areas covered by the new agreement.

"Parsons' deep expertise in national security and global infrastructure coupled with Microsoft Azure’s advanced cloud, cyber, and AI technologies will enable us to develop innovative solutions to address a wide range of complex challenges faced by organisations around the world."

The companies will also look at collaboration on training and education programmes for the next generation of cybersecurity and digital transformation professionals.
