The WLR-733 boasts a 360o horizontal field of view, an impressive long-distance range of 200 metres (with 10% reflectivity), and pinpoint ±3 cm ranging accuracy. This translates to high-density point cloud data and real-time scanning capabilities, making it an asset for various ITS systems.

According to VanJee, a single WLR-733 unit can cover more than four lanes of traffic, collecting a wealth of data. This includes dynamic traffic flow, dimension measurement, vehicle classification, and even a triggering function.  The WLR-733 goes beyond simple data collection, though. It can also play a virtual role in creating digital twins and real-time simulations, paving the way for precise traffic enforcement.

VanJee isn't stopping there. It’s also showcasing the WLR-711 lidar, a high-performance mechanical single line option. This unit boasts a rapid scanning frequency of 100 Hz, a 30-metre ranging distance (with 10% reflectivity), ±3cm ranging accuracy, and is IP68 rated – making it tough enough for any environment.

The WLR-711 tackles three key tasks: vehicle classification for tolling, traffic data collection (including vehicle counting, speed, and types), and dimension measurement (length, width, and height).

VanJee highlights that this versatile lidar has already seen real-world applications across the globe, from Europe and Mexico to Thailand and Saudi Arabia. Notably, it's a popular choice for automatic vehicle classification at toll booths, ensuring accurate tolling collection.
