Representatives from Econolite and PTV will be available to demonstrate how both companies’ applications are being integrated, including leveraging artificial intelligence to predict traffic conditions in order to proactively optimise traffic management operations. Umovity experts will also demonstrate solutions developed through the integration of Econolite’s Centracs Mobility Platform with PTV’s Vistro and Flows software.

Centracs Mobility, together with the newly-launched PTV Flows, offers a cloud-based predictive traffic management solution that uses AI to forecast traffic and travel times for an entire road network up to one hour in advance. The application combines what is said to be the largest and most detailed historical traffic database and PTV’s forecast modelling, with the power of Centracs.

The integration of Centracs with Vistro provides quick analyses of signal timing programs and sends new optimised timing patterns back to Centracs for field deployment. This enables traffic signal data to be automatically synchronised between the ATMS and modelling software, enabling agencies to make decisions using the latest traffic information.

Visit Umovity’s booth between 2pm and 3pm on Wednesday 24 April for its gourmet pretzel social hour and meet members of the Umovity team.
