USDOT officials will be on hand to discuss the recently released draft National V2X Deployment Plan and how to deploy V2X in any city, county or state.

The draft National V2X Deployment Plan provides a blueprint for nationwide deployment of the communication technologies across a variety of devices and platforms without interference while also ensuring security. These devices enable vehicles to communicate with one another and other road users (including pedestrians and cyclists), and with roadside infrastructure.

There will also be a number of special, interactive sessions (schedule posted at the booth) with representatives of specific ITS Joint Program Office (ITS JPO) initiatives.

Additionally, ITS America CEO Laura Chace and ITS JPO Director Brian Cronin will exchange views in a fireside chat during the first plenary session on Wednesday, April 24, at 10 a.m.
