During Hurricane Harvey the number of users accessing Houston TransStar’s 2 External <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?><dictionary /> 0 0 0 link-external website false http://http//www.houstontranstar.org/ false false %> for updates on travel conditions peaked at more than three million unique visitors, more than a million individuals accessing the site on 27 August alone.
Over the 11-day period the number of hits on the site reached 30, 684,727 as the hurricane left more than 1.25m (50 inches) of rain, leaving the region largely underwater.
